GTL Construction is thrilled to announce the launch of an exciting new project: a comprehensive interior renovation for the esteemed Gary’s Wine & Marketplace in Bernardsville, NJ. Known for its top-tier selection of fine wines, spirits, and charcuterie, Gary’s is set to undergo a significant transformation aimed at elevating both the shopping experience and the overall functionality of the space.
The renovation will unfold in two phases, with GTL Construction working closely alongside Guzzo Architects. Phase One, currently underway, focuses on the relocation and installation of beer coolers, ensuring better accessibility and convenience for customers. Phase Two, scheduled to begin mid-September, will bring back-of-house improvements, including the addition of a stylish mezzanine to increase storage capacity for Gary’s vast selection of beverages. The project will also feature cutting-edge office spaces and an overhaul of the rear half of the building with modern finishes to create a more inviting environment.
“Our goal is to ensure that Gary’s Wine & Marketplace remains the premier destination for wine and spirits connoisseurs,” said Pietro Barberi, Vice President at GTL Construction. “These renovations are not just about enhancing the aesthetic appeal but also about creating a more efficient and welcoming space that reflects the high standards of Gary’s brand.”
Construction is anticipated to be completed by late fall 2024. GTL Construction is proud to partner with Gary’s Wine & Marketplace and Guzzo Architects on this transformative project, which is poised to further cement Gary’s status as a beloved fixture in the New Jersey retail landscape.
