Reed has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been a senior member of teams involved in both the estimating component as well as project management, serving as Senior Estimator/Purchasing and Project Executive. Reed is an expert in preconstruction services, including lump sum bids, negotiated contract work, overseeing, and reviewing all pricing and RFP responses to clients as well as the administration of all subcontractor participation and purchasing. He has a vast portfolio of projects consisting of a wide range of complex multi-million-dollar commercial projects with a diverse mix of sectors. Reed has cultivated long standing relationships with some of the largest retail and commercial names such as MasterCard Worldwide, Knight Capital, Apple, Bank One and Bloomberg to name a few. One of the most notable achievements was serving as lead estimator for the 45 Broad Street project, a new eighty story building located across the street from the New York Stock Exchange in lower Manhattan. Reed was responsible for the management of all preconstruction activities, budget development, sub-contractor bid packages, analysis, and submission of all subcontractor recommendations to ownership and stakeholders. He is a true leader, his style of management and estimating and his ability to synergize with all teams within GTL makes him invaluable.
