Alan Zambarano, Director
Alan’s career in real estate and project management spans more than two decades. As Director, he brings this experience to oversee Corporate Interiors, Mixed Use Industrial projects as well as Capital Building Renovations. He is responsible for portfolio planning, development, due diligence, deal-sourcing and negotiations as well as construction / project management.
He joined GTL Construction from Avison Young where he was Sr. Project Manager in the construction / project management group. Previously, he was the Director of Project Management with Transwestern for several years. Before that, he was focused on managing tenant interior renovations and new construction projects. He has extensive experience collaborating with architects, engineers, construction specialists and clients to select, schedule and coordinating general contractor / subcontractor activities to ensure project budgets and schedules are met.
