PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

As Director, Sam is responsible for executive leadership in many facets of the GTL experience from project negotiation with clients to project close-out.  His involvement of this process begins with solicitation of work, bidding the work, winning the work and executing the work.

With over 30 years in the construction business, Sam prides himself as a problem solver and an originator to managing the process of executing the work through completion.  As part of this process, he involves himself with project meetings, scheduling, Submittal/RFI Logs, subcontractor negotiations and project finances.  He has been involved with projects ranging from $50,000.00 to $65MM and the construction sectors include Retail, Mixed-use Residential, Commercial Interiors, Warehousing (Commercial/Industrial), Labs & Cleanrooms, Electronics, OSD Manufacturing, cGMP Warehousing, Big Box Retail, Flex Building, Data Centers, MOB’s, Healthcare, ETC.
