Description: The Ever/Body project consisted of a complete demolition and reconstruction of an existing 3,000 SF retail space located in Scarsdale, NY in a heavily trafficked shopping center.

The high-end cosmetic spa included a new custom storefront, EIFS skin at the front façade, reconfiguration of the mechan¬icals, two new restrooms, a lounge style reception area with multiple treatment rooms.

The treatment rooms contained custom millwork, sheet-rocked ceilings and cove lighting with wood style flooring creating a high end look for its patients. The project duration lasted 14 weeks which included coordination with both the landlord and the adjacent tenant GC.

The Ever/Body project was completed on schedule and within budget making it a successful part of the GTL portfolio.
