Project Name: Kings Plaza Parking Garage

The Kings Plaza Parking Garage Project was a complete structural and aesthetical renovation of a 1,000,000 ft2, 10-story parking garage. The construction was phased throughout the duration of the project to allow the garage to remain active. A brief overview of the scope of work included:

• Shoring, barricades, and traffic control
• Asphalt repair/replace
• Topping slab repair/replace
• Precast Tee Repair (stems, flanges, columns, beams, girders, etc.)
• Cast-in-place and curb concrete repair/replace
• Expansion joints
• Steel repair and coating
• Steel railing
• Painting
• Drainage
